Misc Trying to Quit (Smoking) with Natural Herbs?

I found a blend that consists of elder flowers, rose petals, and catnip. It is actually a blend you are supposed to put in your bath, but I know you can smoke catnip and rosepetals. Is elder flower poisonous? Is smoking this mixture safe? I need to find an herb mixture to quit my habits.
 
I dunno if its safe or not but if you need an herb to help you quit cannabis I recommend kava. You don't smoke it but it gets you real high, only the effects are much closer to alcohol than cannabis.
 
Are you smoking tobacco or cannabis?

If tobacco why not nicotine gum or a patch. Ive been using gum w.o any desire to smoke.

Or a vape for weed or tobacco.

Im no doctor or scientist but id think smoking in general is what is harmful.
