i'm sorry if this is already a thread, but apparent;y i don't know how to use the search function because i couldn't find anything
so i apologize in advance.
I've been smoking all day everyday for 4 years and I would like to get out of the habit. I can feel how worn out my cbd receptors are and I want them to go back to normal lol. I'm starting to get very introverted and socially anxious/awkward. There are various other problems too, but i won't get into em. I'm not addicted to smoking weed, but I'm very addicted to the routine of smoking. I've also been smoking for 4 years before bed to fall asleep. I now literally won't be able to fall asleep without my melatonin/valerian root/cannabis cocktail
My main problem is, when I'm chilling with friends who are smoking, i really want to smoke. Does anyone have advice on how to get rid of this? I was thinking of writing a list of good reasons to quit smoking cannabis for a while and looking at it whenever i'm in a situation. Also, does anyone have advice on how to fall asleep? melatonin and valerian don't do their magic without mary jane.
