Bupe Trying to purge suboxone from my system!

I have taken 8mg's of suboxone in the past 12 hours. Most recently 4 mg's about 6 hours ago via IV. I only shoot subs because I hate the taste. I don't use suboxone regularly nor do I use any opiates more than once a week as of late.

My question is: Can I shoot 50 units of Narcan to help purge the suboxone? I was just surprised with a couple of bags of H and I really don't want to wait until tomorrow at the earliest. What about methadone? I have plenty of methadone. Could I IV some narcan and then take 50mg's or so of methadone to get this damn bupe off of my receptors?
 
I think only the only thing that will purge your system is Father Time. Give the narcan a shot, it took 4 firemen to strap me to a stretcher after the paramedic gave me that shit. At the time I would have rather have been dead. Obviously I'm glad they revived me but that was some brutal shit. Felt like I got my ass kicked by a gorilla.
 
I read somewhere that IV'ing your suboxone drastically changes the half life of it to something like 2.2 hours. I, myself, have noticed that I'll start feeling crappy 6-8 hours after my dose when I IV it. so if I were you I'd just wait it out for maybe 12 hours after your last dose to do your DOC
 
I think you need a lot more narcan than normal to get bupe off your receptors since it has a really high binding affinity...and then if you take narcan it's gonna block the heroin for awhile anyways. You're just gonna have to wait to use the dope man.

Based on what you said I can tell you from first hand experience that if you are not a regular (basically daily) user of suboxone you are a'ok to rig up and hit off. I have used IV H within 12 hours and a few times even while on suboxone (and yes usually 16mgs.) The naloxone is basically inert in the suboxone. I promise you :). So if what you said about your opiate use is true, and you have only dosed 8mgs once within the past week or so; then I give the go ahead to set your rig and hit off. It is only after a significant period of time that enough Buprenorphine will bind to your receptors so hard and heavily that other drugs cannot combat. Good luck.
 
The only thing that will work is time.

Even if you take a big dose of Narcan (which isn't bright... will make you feel shitty), that will only stop the bupe from binding to receptors, not actually take it out of your system. When the narcan wears off the bupe is still in your blood and it goes right back to bionding opioid R's.
 
Thanks for the suggestions. I'm still waiting this one out. It's been around 24 hours since my last suboxone injection. Suboxone affects me in a weird way. The entire experience is like a meth trip after the euphoria wears off. Just a lot of empty energy and paranoia. The only reminder that I took an opiod is the itchy and scratchy feeling I constantly experience. It sucks. I can't sleep, I'm obviously still under the effects of the damn bupe.

I guess I'm just gonna wait until I don't feel the effects of it anymore before I shoot up. I can't waste this dope I have. The closest connect is an hour an a half away and I spent $60 on this one shot.

Regardless of everything else this is such an irrational justification. I am not meaning to be condescending but why don't you just snort or plug them?
Ok, the last ROA is not everyones kind of thing but injecting simply because of the taste seems a little unbalanced.

Also 4mg IV is a very massive dose. Just for reference the Buprenex injection-vials contain 0,4mg...
 
Yeah, If your not a regular user, your good to go. I only use it when I fuckup. I like to get high and relaxed, buy, too much so and I get really bad anxiety attacks. So, when that happens, I IV suboxone to take the edge off. Usually, I'll go to sleep (the attacks happen at night) and I'll wake up and I'm good to go.

If you regularly use suboxone, it's a long drawn out waiting game. Man does that suck. I cannot tell you how many times my oxy's would get here and I would be like "shit, gotta wait 2 days". Totally blows man.

But, not in your case. You should be good.
 
^and then we say fuck it anyways and still try to get high on them knowing we will get diminished effects , or none..atleast for my addict mind lol

You're not. The affinity of a molecule doesn't change with a substance like that, but if it isn't built up on receptors yet, then a day should be fine. Go on and keep repeating the cycle...

He obviously doesn't inject bupe for a rush.

I agree, the taste is horrible. That is one upside to IVing bupe.

OP you should wait.
