What don’t you like about it?
I went through a patch where I wasn’t using more as such but I was sleeping ALLOT less and it was starting to affect my everyday life.
So I had a week off and reduced using and I am much better for it. There are so many pros and cons for using (personally), I am also attracted to an addiction of some sort and I am aware everytime and conscious of what I need to do to keep being me!
