Trying to get clean off of Percs Roxys Methadone and meth

New to this form. Trying to get advice and help on how to get clean. It's so hard talking to people who haven't used drugs they are so judgmental. I have been using for the past 6 years or so. I have been clean a few times but keep going back. I been taking 45 to 150 mg of methadone and percs and vics a day. I was wondering if amy has any advice on how to get clean
