I hate to break it to you - as other kind posters have, but what you described is NOT a panic-attack.
That is somebody letting their anger escalate. You may have had something annoying you, and if a trigger comes along, and it keeps happening, you feel stressed and get angry/emotional.
A panic attack is more like when you get tachycardia, palpitations, uncontrollable sweating and a feeling of anxiety at the top of your stomach - your mind is constantly racing thinking "What is wrong" "Am I going to die" etc. They are just common symptoms of an anxiety/panic attack
"I've been having panic attacks over small things like if I trip over my shoe laces I'll start getting angry, and the anger will turn into me just standing still with tears in my eyes ready to scream. its really a horrible feeling that just drags me down"
