Im doing TRT depo testosyerone at 150 mg a week and its definitely helped with my chronic dizziness, headaches and panic attacks however Ive noticed that half the time about 2 hrs after my shot my blood pressure goes up between 15 and 30 and I sometimes get a panic attack. Anyone know whats going on here since doc doesnt know? I have ativan that I take (lately its just been for this situation) and it gets better but Im wondering if its just masking something that could be bad. Im otherwise healthy 36 yo.

What one is it bud, Cyp', Enth', Prop' etc? Normal to feel heightened anxiety after a shot especially if it is Prop' or has Prop in it like Sust. Is it proper Pharma grade or a UGL?

I would be concerned about benzos long term and limit use, with the view to coming off in the very near future..

Blood testosterone levels have been shown to elevate about 2 hours after injection, as you suggest this could be the cause of your issues..
Have you recently started TRT..? Does this occur every time.? How long does it last.?

You could try 75mg X 2/week and see if symptoms reduce..
