Hey I'm really new here but I was wondering if I could get some input.
6'3" 255 lbs
no real aas experience ( only currenty trying a cycle of masterdrol)
lifting for 2 years now
guessing pretty high body fat %
25 years old
diet is on most of the time except...
Heres my problem - I have been lifting on a good routine for 1 1/2 - 2 years now . I am currenty working arms and chest one day , back and shoulders on day 2 and legs for day 3. I only lift 3 days a week and do cardio and abs whenever its possible to throw them in the mix. The thing is though I think that my diet is suffering and holding me back slightly . I eat awsome whenever I have the time but my job is very intense. I stand on a hot grill line in a very busy environement with high humidity for 8-9 hours a day. I know you guys probably dont believe me but I barely get a chance to drink water never the less eat properly for that time span. I am so busy sometimes that I hardly can reach over and take a second to get hydrated. I am able to eat a huge breakfast in the mornings and eat after work too. At the end of the day I am so dehydrated and sweaty that my urine is stank and I am literally soaking wet to the point where I can take my pants off and ring out enough sweat to fill an 8 oz glass. Getting another job is not an option as I live on the big island in Hawaii where there is no jobs lol. What I am wondering is how bad is this for me to be doing a bodybuilding regimen and going through this each day. I try my hardest to stay hydrated and eating is impossible until I get off work . I was wondering if you guys had any ideas (maybe powerbars or something ?)
