Trouble Sleeping weeks after first roll

Posted earlier about smoking, but ive also been experiencing terrible sleep patterns. I wake up periodically throughout the night just as awake as i was before i fell asleep. I usually also wake up a good hour or so before my alarm and can never fall back asleep. Napping is quite difficult now also, and oddly as weird as it sounds i cannot take a full yawn. It has been almost two weeks since i rolled for the first time and am wondering if this is normal or if i should bring it up in my physical thats in a week. Any similar stories?
 
Drugs affect people differently and in your case, maybe the lack of serotonin in your brain is causing you these problems (well more than likely actually)

Serotonin is a vital neurochemical, its not just a "happy chemical" as its sometimes described to be. It also controls many other things, including our sleeping patterns/ability, our appetites, and moods and our energy levels.

I will tell you that my first time on mdma was the worst mdma comedown ive ever had, but ive been doing a lot of research i dont get a comedown anymore from mdma.
You need to wait a full month Minimum before you roll again,
Also take a look at this Serotonin enriching/boosting diet that i use , All the time, Before a Roll (To enhance it), and after a roll (to get no/ very little comedown)

Also exercise is very important too, so go for a nice long walk or maybe a 20 minute jog or something, just make sure you do something active every day that should help you to sleep, but do not worry you havent screwed your brain up, it just needs time to reset the chemical levels back to normal :)

How much mdma did you take?
 
one normal sized blue roll. I dont rememner what stamp it was but honestly ive heard that doesnt make much of a difference these days. But the person i got it from uses quite often (along with plenty of other things) and her and my other friend seemed fine. I had a terrible come down and all and im feeling quite normal other than the sleeping problems.
 
just make sure you do exercise, try and get a decent amount of sunlight and also eat foods off my diet i linked you to.

I would definately reccomend you eating foods like sour cherries, and lettuce they will help you to sleep,
Both foods are known for doing that.
