Drugs affect people differently and in your case, maybe the lack of serotonin in your brain is causing you these problems (well more than likely actually)

I will tell you that my first time on mdma was the worst mdma comedown ive ever had, but ive been doing a lot of research i dont get a comedown anymore from mdma.

Also exercise is very important too, so go for a nice long walk or maybe a 20 minute jog or something, just make sure you do something active every day that should help you to sleep, but do not worry you havent screwed your brain up, it just needs time to reset the chemical levels back to normal
