Trouble help

Late last year at a festival i got caught using a fake id and that then lead to the police checking my iphone and seeing texts come up from friends asking for drugs 'caps'. So then i got stripped searched at the event and they then found 27 caps in a baggy in my dacks, the caps contained NRG. So i got a notice to appear to court and charged with posession of dangerous drug, supply of dangerous x 3 from the text messages with me agreeing to them and tainted property being my iphone which the cops now have.

Does anyone have any advice or think what i may get?

Get a lawyer, and try and get the caps tested. If they are naphyrone, as opposed to mephedrone or an analogue of that which some NRG caps have been, you might be able to get the charges modified. Not sure on this though.

If you claimed them to actually be something other than nrg in your messages, then I'm pretty sure you'll be in a bit of trouble. We can't help you too much though, just get a lawyer asap. As good as you van afford, too.

Let me get this straight. You went into a festival with a fake ID, got caught with 27 caps of NRG (which could be anything from MDPV, 4-FMC, 4-MMC, Naphyrone to caffeine), and were identified as a dealer by messages on your phone? Were you perhaps intending to offload these caps as MDMA caps? If so you won't get any sympathy around here for getting caught....
