Tripping in silence

I've tripped in silence, but with something like LSD I need music that can snap me out of mind looping.

yeah I'd never thought of that, I can get into some pretty intense looping on shrooms, might be nice to have a tether to the material world

That is ALWAYS a smart idea ^
The worst is when you lose yourself so much that you can't get up or even comprehend any actions to snap you back to reality, whether its music or turning on the lights

As few here already said there is never going to be complete silence. You will certainly pick up on things around you. I love taking a few hundred ug of LSD and wander my land at night. It's nice just hearing nature and looking into the sky. The stars are wonderful in my mountains since there is no street lights and traffic lights are unheard of here. No sounds of cars. Just nature and the howls of coyotes, mountain lions, bob cats, bears and bigfoot.

Music is wonderful aswell. It adds a nice skip to my step Maybe i just like shakin' my bones.
