Tripping during day, rolling at night

If I take some 4-ho-met during the day and then take some MDMA at nighttime after coming down, will my roll be diminished significantly?
 
It shouldn't do, different mechanism of action and dissimilar chemicals so shouldn't be any short-term tolerance issues.
