Tripping at a friends house.

So the only time that I would even have enough time to trip would be if I stayed over at a friends house overnight. His room is up stairs and pretty secluded from the rest of the house. This would be my first time, and I'm wondering if while on LSD if it could be easy to be somewhat quiet? Also if staying in the same two rooms all night would even be fun? (I have an iPod full of Pink Floyd)

I wouldn't recommend it, your fear of being intruded upon by his parents may cause a lot of undue anxiety and paranoia while tripping, which is no fun.

As long as you have something to keep yourself occupied then being quiet shouldn't be a problem. Also it depends on your mindset and set/setting. If you feel comfortable and have something to do (unless you are contempt with just watching the visuals and following your train of thought) then you should have fun. Personally I don't do acid to have "fun", although the experience is definitely enjoyable, I do it mainly for the introspective approach and an altered perspective on life and the universe.

Yeah Roniquis, that's why I want to do it, so I hope I'll just be fine sitting there listening to music. If I just wanted to be high I would smoke some weed. I also plan on only taking one blotter at most, maybe only a half.

So long as you keep your dose reasonable, you shouldn't have any problem. Maybe you'll laugh a bit, it's been known to happen. No guarantees of course, some folks react peculiarly.

I'd say this is a fairly common first experience scenario.

Enjoy.:)

If you ever get bored of the music or feel like doing something else, try watching a movie or playing video games. And like mentioned above, don't worry too much about the parents as this can lead to unwanted anxiety. Just don't overreact or act strangely around them, although this may be harder than it seems now.

People sometimes get upset about new trippers being in their parents' house, but really that's how most people started. I still trip at my friend's father's house even though I'm well into my 20's. It's a different situation, though, her father is fine with us using his house, and he's usually inebriated anyway.

Well my friends mom smokes weed all the times, and might do a little LSD, so I'm not to worried.

Just keep in mind that as long as you don't take a ridiculous amount of LSD that to anyone you look basically sober. It's signs like hitting the giggles etc that give you away. I've noticed this is even more so if they've had a few beers or something beforehand. Used to play a game where I'd dose acid with someone else, go out and see who all noticed - to be honest the majority of the time people were drunk enough to not click on at all till you told them.
