Trip sitter advice

I'm rather experienced in many different tryptamines and phenethylamines, mostly LSD and the 2C's, but I almost always trip alone. on Saturday I will be the sober sitter for 2 inexperienced trippers that will be on mushrooms. What is some good advice in case somebody's trip starts a turn for the worse? Talking points, music/movies, anything would be helpful.

keep fresh fruit and drinks close at hand, and try not to have a distinct plan for the trip. since you've tripped before, you should know great things to do while strange.

incense is always great to watch, and it gets better if you have a laser pointer for impromptu light shows.

trippy music like pink floyd can be fun, but it may increase the mindfuck for some people. i suggest dance beats :)

one of the best things to do is draw or paint, but they might get intimidated by having to 'think of something to draw' instead of just letting the colors flow freely.

1200 micrograms for music. I wouldn't suggest any movies.
I would also suggest writing on a piece of paper for each that it is only a drug, and this drug will eventually end. and give to them, if there trip starts to turn for the worse have them read the piece of paper.
or even better, have them write on a piece of paper themselves to hold onto. they will know when and if it gets scary to pull it out, you should just be in charge of what they hear tbh.
good luck to you and your two friends.

Be ready to be the decisive one. They'll probably be unable to guide their own trip. Show them cool shit, have music ready and sweets can always help someone calm down.

The ultimate halt for a trip is Xanax. Depending on your tolerance, take a large/decent dose and it will end your trip.

Happy Trails

if youve got instruments on hand (drums guitars etc) its always fun to play on them. Something relaxing and calming.GO out and look at the stars. If they start thinking negative just let them know how positive life really can be. Its one of those moments in life you should be thankful to be enjoying and in the moment. The outside world cant do anything to harm you just be safe and enjot laying in the grass or rolling around on the couch something comfortable to relax in is key.

Try to stay out of their way unless they really start doing something dumb or freaking out. Just chill out in the background like a real baby sitter unless they're wanting to interact a lot with you. don't try to make their trip be like what you think a good trip should be. let them have their own experience, but if they ask for a suggestion or guidence then give it to them. i personally always felt weird tripping around sober people, even if i knew they were there to keep me safe. i always felt like they were outside the bubble. generally i'd let them pick the music unless you know it's something that might be bad for their trip. In that case just say you can't find it or whatever. electronic music is best imo.
