Trip Recovery Techniques, Supplements

So me and my friend are going to some islands in the Caribbean this winter and plan to trip on various phens, (2c-i, 2c-e, 2c-c) and tryptamines, (mushrooms, 4-aco-dmt).

The golden rule I follow for time between tripping is 1 week. However this vacation is only gonna be about 2 weeks, and we want to trip alot.
So lets say we wait 3-4 days in between,
  • 1. Are there any supplements, either herbal or chemical (as in valerian vs. 5-htp) that you recommend i take in-between the trips?
  • 2. Any specific diets, physical exercises that you recommend?

I know the value of eating healthy, home-cooked food (in comparison to fast, or processed food) on the day of, and days leading up to, the trip.

So yeah, what's a good plan for a 2 week period of some frequent tripping?
 
5htp, any antioxidants are good for recovery from 2c class drugs. I've heard subjective reports of piracetam potentiating 2c's. obviously you could potentiate the shrooms with an MAOI, but i dunno how well advised that is. Also, grapefruit juice...
 
3-4 days between trips will be enough time to drop your tolerance so you could trip.

a good diet and physical excercise is always recomended whether your tripping or not.

I usually wait a week between tripping, but 4days works too.

Be sure to get plenty of rest, and eat healthy food and excercise.. like delsyd said..healthy bod--->healthy mind-->healthy trip

1 Generic Multivitamin
Every night.
So I think that's pretty good

After i started using psychedelics, more and more do i see the value of eating healthy, and staying fit. It's so true...
 
thats quite a bit of melatonin, do you take that every night?
melatonin should be used on occasion to help you get to sleep, but if used too much for a long period of time your body may stop producing its natural melatonin
 
Yeah, i take 6mg per night.
I always remember hearing that its ok to be taken daily, as it's really pretty safe.
But then again, I remember hearing studies where using 1/10th the normal amount of melatonin produced the same sleep-inducing results in people.

Either way, I consider the idea of taking on a per-need basis (as i usually do have some trouble sleeping, but nothing detrimental to my day).

i'll definately try the magnesium citrate, and once i run out of these run-of-the-mill multivitamins, i'll be sure to try the 3000!

and the tea, man, everyone needs to drink tea, I swear by it!
 
Tripping that often will deplete your liver's B vitamin supply pretty quickly; try and find a decent B vitamin complex--not to mention it has the potential to increase memory recall of the drug experience and heighten certain drug's effects (did someone say k?).
 
My advice, dont do it if you are still exhausted from the last one. This may especially be the case down the line. Keep your body fresh and try to get plenty of rest in between trips. You aren't doing an especially long lasting chem, so I think 3-4 times is perfectly do-able, without much in the way of chemical assistance.
