hey i have taken 3mg of doc and drank a decent amount just wondering what will make me sleep or help me to sleep.

Z-drugs (if you like them that is... personally I think they're shite)

I would never try to put myself to sleep with booze. A can or two is always nice and does help you get to sleep, but large amounts of alcohol dry you out and fuck up the quality of your sleep something terrible.

i avoid DOX chemicals because of this issue and their similarity to NBOMe chemicals. i really wouldn't take a drug if i wasn't wiling to participate in the entire experience. taking DOX chemicals requires 20+ hours of stimulation. i think that using a different psychedelic (mushrooms, LSD, ect.) instead of DOC is the solution.
