Trimebutine maleat in wiki it say that Trimebutine is a drug with antimuscarinic and weak mu opioid agonist so do you think it can cross the blood brain barrier or it's just like loperamide

It's a fairly simple tertiary amine with a trimethoxyphenyl group, so there's no reason why it wouldn't cross.
 
so you think it can produce euphoria and analgesic effect like any other opioid
