I was abusing hydrocodone & oxycontin for several years & had to go to rehab last winter. Now I had never shot up before I went to rehab. When I was there one of the other clients was looking at my arms talking about what good veins I have for shooting up & he told me how much better it was and all that. Anyways, when I got out & relapsed I bought 12 dilaudid's & googled how to shoot them up. I went & bought some needles & tried doing it. I did it way wrong & kept just poking my forearm & shooting crushed up dilaudid & water into it. I did something really bad.. My forearm muscle in my left arm has deteriorated. There was a hard knot by my elbow for a while & my left forearm has shrank up I guess permanently because it hasn't gotten any better (I think it's gotten worse) and it's been 10 months since this happened. Does anyone know what I did? My left forearm has gotten so little & it used to be really muscular with veins. Now, they'res no muscle. I can't believe I was so stupid to do that. I've messed my arm up really bad. There is no pain in it but sometimes it will just start tingling real bad.. I can't turn my hand all the way over palm up. Does anyone know exactly what in the world I've done?
