Tridural 300MG- Nasal?

I,ve been on hydromorph for a long time mainly using nasal and the odd time IV, and am trying to stay off of it from taking tridural, a weaker opiate.

Is it possible to crush and use nasal?

Tridural is APAP and tramadol correct? No you don't want to snort APAP. Bad idea, tramadol is perfectly fine orally. By the way make sure you don't consume to much APAP as that could be dangerous. I wouldn't suggest any single dose above 2 grams APAP or any doses amounting to more than 3 - 4 grams in 24 hours. APAP is a hepatoxin (liver toxin), even at low doses, so don't take it for very long esp. at higher doses.

Don't bother insufflating Tramadol, in my opinion. It needs to metabolize into o-desmethyl-tramadol for you to appreciate the analgesic effects as opposed to just the SNRI portion.
