I just got a script of Trezix(30 mg of codiene) for back pain. As an opiate abuser, these do nothing for me. I don't want to spend alot of cash that I don't have to buy opiates off of the street. My tolerance is moderate as i take around 60mg's of oxycodone to feel nice without nodding or anything. Is there any way I can get to around that point with these?? I CWE'd about 8 pills and took antacids and the pain is about half-way subsided. I was thinking about IV or IM with these. IK it's dangerous, but is there a safe way to do this? Thoughts?

^Like psycho said, DO NOT INJECT CODEINE! You are asking for very serious complications and possibly death. The shitty high you may achieve from this is FAR from worth it.
Like you said, with a moderate opiate tolerance codeine will not be very exciting. All we can say is try upping the dose, but don't go over 400mg in a day.
Also if they are not very effective, and they are a legit script, why not call your doctor and see if they can't give you somethign a little stronger?

as said, IV codeine is extremely dangerous. IM pills are extremely dangerous.
