I've been running tren for about 3 weeks now. This stuff is great, my physique is getting to where I wanted it to be and my research has really done me well as for avoiding all acne and gyno. (No sides!)

The only problem is the mental effects really eat at me. Some days I feel completely ill and want to lie in bed all day. My blood pressure is slightly elevated to prehypertension, and temperature will be around .4 degrees Fahrenheit higher. I don't get anger issues. I may get a bit stubborn, but I never lash out on people.

The depression is what is killing me! I thought my prescription to clonazepam would help the mental problems, but all it does is help any kind of anger I experience. The weird part is that even high doses of benzos don't help tren induced anxiety.

Anyway I'm running 100mg ED test prop and 75mg ED tren alongside Arimidex 1mg EOD.

I don't want to lower my tren ratio any more than it is as I'm experiencing great results. I just want to know what you guys do to combat the depression. Whether it be chemically or just going on a walk.

I've been reading a few studies that suggest high estrogen is responsible for depression by lowering serotonin levels in the brain...
700mg Prop/week is top side-ish for some people... You might get some aromatisation from the Prop especially, as it releases so quickly into the blood-stream this may be responsible for spiking test levels pretty quickly as opposed to something like Test-E... Therefore causing your body to take hormonal counter measures by raising estrogen and also cortisol... Excessive cortisol secretion effects noradrenalin, low levels of growth hormone in depressed patients are associated with low levels of Serotonin &/or norepinephrine.. I've posted a study on here that suggests Arimidex doesn't target E-2 only E-1 + E-3, so you might consider something else for aromatisation issues...
I've a few mates here in NZ that recon anything over 350mg/week Tren is counter-productive...

I'd be interested in what others have to say...

^ I agree , and personally I've always found running tren - enth keeps the sides to the physical sweaty / insomnia blah blah .... tren never ever makes me depressed.

@ OP - all test is not the same , especially when our unique bodies come into play. I hate prop for high doses , only thing worse for me would be like suspension in aquatest form... I feel like the more steady the release the better my body does. When I ran prop last it was 100mg ed and if I slacked on the timing I would start to notice the difference. This is why I am religious with any short ester now about when I dose - believe me blood levels being even and not swaying all over the place will play into your emotions big time.
