Trazodone and Fluoxetine - Serotonin Syndrme Question

Ive been taking Prozac 20mg a day for about 3 weeks now but I found an old Trazodone pil and I want to take it because I like its high. I also searched on Google if it was safe and I found posts about people saying they take it together prescribed but I also found a drug interactions page that said the interactions are severe. What Im planning to do is crush up the pill and drink it with water and smoke a bowl of chronic. Would this be ok? Will it make a difference if I crush it or not? Most importantly, Can I take the Trazodone recreationally with the prescribed dose of prozac and be far from having seretonin syndrome?

Read this link; yes, you would be risking serotonin syndrome. I can't tell you what dosages would/wouldn't cause it either.

Why in god's name would you take trazedone recreationally? Especially at the risk of serotonin syndrome.

Yes, there is a risk of serotonin syndrome combining two serotinergic drugs (see this interaction checker..)

How big is the risk? We can't tell you - but it's not something I would risk personally, given that serotonin syndrome can be fatal..
