Traveling with eztest

Tomorrow I'll be flying from Europe to America (Las Vegas) and I want to bring a eztest with me in my luggage. Is this legal or illegal? Will the customs question me about it if they opens my bag? If so, what should I say?

I've traveled domestically (in the US) with test kits and had no problems. They're not illegal so there's really no explanation required. Not sure if things will be the same on an international flight though.
