Opioids Traveling by plane with personal supply. Is it even possible?

SWIM will be traveling across the U.S. by commercial airplane very soon and was hoping there would be a way to bring their small stash of substances (methamphetamine and fent, also a cannabis vape pen) with them for the trip. These will be amounts around a gram each. They are a daily user and are afraid of how it might affect them if they were to suddenly stop their daily regimen for 3-4 days. This is a last minute trip otherwise SWIM would have made better preparations. So any advice on best ways to travel with small, personal amounts of contraband would be extremely appreciated.
