well it would seem most of my favourite most-happy-making tracks have been mentioned already:
halcyon + on + on, belfast, born slippy, gorecki...
but my no. 1 fave (and that goes for most of my closest friends as well) trappy hack is:
terra ferma - the adventures of...
so it may be cheesey, but OMG what a high! i still get tingles every time! also this song was playing when i kissed my girlfriend of 18 months for the first time! :)

Oh, another vote for Jeff Buckley, but this time for "Lover, You Should Have Come Over" off of 'Grace'. OMYGOD that song is so fucking good....
For dance, either Binary Finary's '1998' again, or Bedrock 'Heaven Scent'. For those who have seen 'Better Living Through Chemistry', you'll know exactly why that one gives me goose-bumps (bad film, great last 5 minutes!).
 
^^^ sure you're not thinking of "groove" (film). 'cos i haven't seen "better living through chemistry" yet, but groove finishes with digweed spinning heaven scent as his last tune. and it 0wnz. they put it in slo-mo...and...ah, words can't describe it :)
