umm for the best success of transmucosal absorption in the mouth do you want a lipophilic or hydrophilic compound? or does it not matter??

Water soluble molecules can be used sublingually also.

Steroids are lipophilic but must be prepared to act hydrophilic with an HPBCD complex, like in this study.

I think you have to take mollecular weight into consideration also. If anyone else has any info or studies I would be interested. I would just avoid making a general judgement about sublingual availability according to polar/nonpolar characteristics only.

ya im wonderin if youd need to HPBCD oxandrolone to put in lollys? I know they did it with test, but test aint even active orally neither (except andriol but ya), unlike oxandrolone is


also, could minerals such as calcium magnesium and phosphorous be taken sublingually?

I would suggest you complex oxandrolone to put it in a lolly. The mollecular weight is a bit higher than test suspension. Other than that, the molecules are pretty similar. I will try to find some solubility numbers for the 2.
