Transfer blood through foreplay? Skin breakage?

So I was messing around with a woman. I inserted 3 fingers into her vagina. I was fingering her and I realized that I had some blood on my fingers. One of my fingers there was some skin breakage by my nail area. Pretty common type of breakage in the nail area? Wasn’t toooooooo bad but there was some breakage on one of my fingers. Possibility of blood transferring through that? I know I gotta get tested but just asking....

only testing will find out. plus some diseases take many months to show up

hepatitis b is the easiest of the really serious stds and it is passed in blood but honestly just get tested
