Trams, OC, Xanax Combo

So took 150mg tramadol ~6 hours ago.
75mg oxy ~ 3 hours ago with 25mg benadryl and then another 25mg just recently.

I am trying to sleep, but all of a sudden I got this weird rush when I was about to fall asleep. Felt my heart beat in like my ear. Heart rate went racing really fast, and it has come down some. I have some minor anxiety issues and now I can't fall asleep. My buddy gave me the tramadol and I didn't realize the seizures that can happen with higher dosages, nor did I know the long half life of it.

Is it safe to take a small dose of xanax like ~.25mg or less to help calm me down, and maybe prevent any seizure? My anxiety comes into play here with worrying bout seizing and trying to sleep, and not researching the combination that I took even though they were spaced 3 hours apart

So I don't know if taking the xanax would help in terms of calming me down and preventing a seizure, but I want to wake up in the morning

It is a somewhat dangerous combo but with tolerance I'm assuming you have and the small benzo dose it may be fine. Are you even drowsy?

150mg isn't really enough tramadol to cause a seizure unless you're already seizure prone. I think the seizure threshold is around ~350-450mg for an average person. Just to be safe, I usually take a small dose of kpin with tram doses that high to help prevent seizure. I'm sure xanax can help too. If you are worried about a seizure however, you can hold your hand up and try to keep it still. If you see a lot of shaking that could be a sign of a seizure onset.
