ok so i might have 5 tramadol pills that are 37.5 miligrams of tramadol ad 325 milligrams of Acetaminophen
. so if i did have thosepills and ended up taking 1725 milligrams of Acetaminophen
, is that a too high dose? i figure this is harm reduction because im going to take them anyway...just thiught i would want to know if it s safe.

Yes, APAP is hard on your liver.

You could do a cold water extraction (use search for how to) but I found that the coffee filter steals some of the Tram

yeah, i know about CWE, but like you said i will lose some of the tram.i just want to know if thats a high enough dose to damage...im only doing it once.dont plan on making a habit of (didnt we all say that before).so will on doses of 1725 mg kill me?

1725mg will not kill you, or harm you, if you have a normal liver. That is the amount in 3.5 tylenol. The bottle states you can take 4000mg spread out through the day, so 1725mg is not dangerous. However, as everyone said, taking it for extended periods is where it becomes unsafe, so if you plan on doing this with some frequency you should look into how to filter the acetaminophen out (cold water extraction).

Dude, you can take that much tylenol in a dose. Even the manufacturers of tylenol say so. They say: Do not exceed more than 2400mg in one dose or not more than 4000mg throughout the whole day. Go for it.

And to note. There's no real way of knowing what you lose in the CWE.
