First how much do you take on a daily basis?

Depression ? Strange. Than try every possible natural and otc treatment used for relaxation, sedation, sleep problems...Buy dome loperamide also.
Since NRI which induce sorotonine release ( like tramadol do - Its now in official leaflets in pill boxes from pharmacy it's NSRI and also serotonine releaser.
Probably diazepam or lorazepam or alprazolam will be good since u can also start taking antidepressant right after starting your withdrawals. I would recommend mirtazapine, trazodone if mirtazapine wont be possible to obtain or something less serotonergic like bupropion or better best choice would be vortioxetine. But maybe not at all, antidepressants can be used because of their CNS properties but in reality people react to them in completely random way.

I was tired from bupropion, ssri's were making me very sick, only citalopram worked - for 2 months ? Maybe.
Mirtazapine really lifts your mood after first few days. 7,5-15 mg will put u to sleep. 45mg will be almost like motivation boosting stimulant. Vortioxetine raise dopamine, acetylcholine, noradrenaline levels by many actions on different serotonine receptors but Its still acting like SSRI - raising sorotonine concentrations by 53% +- instead of 80-90 percent like casual SSRI.

Clonidine or tizanidine ( zanaflex helps more than benzos ).

Quit tramadol and start with Mirtazapine 15mg, alprazolam, tizanidine and maybe add one more antihistamine based sedative (cyproheptadine is great).
Take loperamide as needed and low dose bupropion or other usually non sedating AD at mornings. But your priority is being as sedated and relaxed as possible. Loperamide is huge help for gastrointestinal symptoms..
Magnesium with B6 and herbal medicines could be better than u probably think..

And lastly, use ibuprofen/diclofenac/naproxen with paracetamol or metamizole.

Ad's will be working after 7-10 days of your wd and prevent relapse.

@domni - could you please tell us:

- How long you have been using tramadol
- How much tramadol you take each day (both the dosage and the frequency)
- What all the symptoms are (both physically and mentally)
- When do you get those symptoms.
- Are you prescribed any other medicines

I only ask so that we can suggest pathways to help you out.

Each person is different and what works for one person might not work for another person.
