it's downplayed a lot and people even say it's like baby aspirin aka worthless but addiction to tramadol is no joke. it has more side effects IMO than regular painkillers like percocet. hits people differently. some love it, some have grand mal seizures, some hate it. the seizure thing seems to be really really common. i don't know the dosage ''rules'' to avoid that, maybe it's staying under 300-400mg in one dose... can't be sure though. it does lower seizure threshold. be careful, the SSRI properties are what seem to mess with people.
