I am stopping tramadol after 2 years of almost constant high!, and since its cheaply & easily available without prescription where I am, I reached high doses (1100mg max) but never had an issue except the withdrawals when the source is cut which sucks!
I don't really regret it, I lost like 30kg without any effort and its been a nice, warm ride, but for some reason I have to quit very fast so I lowered the dose from 700mg day to 200mg and I am in the 4th day of quitting cold-turkey but its still getting worse, and I am having suicidal thoughts!
I read that tramadol's shitty withdrawals are related to its SNRI properties, and Citopram is an SNRI so do you think it would help? (its one of the few things available)
Also it seems that some people's livers converts tramadol (which is supposed to be a weak opioid) to a more potent opioid called O-Desmethyltramadol which is probably why I enjoyed it.
