Tramadol with food?

I ate food about 10 minutes ago, greasy pizza to be exact. Only ate a piece and a half, I normally take these on an empty stomach. Will it take down the euphoria if I were to take one now? If not, how long should I wait to be safe for the euphoria to kick in?

no, it will just take longer for the drug to hit. impossible to say exactly, maybe an hour later or so.
