My dad took Tramadol for a very long time and he always seems really euphoric and like he didn't have a care in the world. Since he's moved away, he hasn't taken it and just doesn't seem the same anymore in that regard. When I've taken it myself, I've found that it's not nearly as satisfying for me as Oxycodone and Hydrocodone seem to be.

In my experience less really is more when it comes to Tramadol,over 150 mg effects tend to get worse than below 150 mg.
75-100 mg is my sweet spot and i love to combine it with stronger,more sedating opiates.This way mu opioid receptors get occupied by the stronger opioid but youstill get the serotonergic and stimulating effects,which boosts the euphoria of the strong opiate(tilidine in my case) and counteracts the overly sedating effects of tilidine (when i still want to do shit and not only nod in my bed).50 mg is enough for boosting purposes andi rarely take more than 50 mg when i boost the tilidine

The "HOLY TRINITY" or so they say Tram->Soma->Benzo. I personally have a 15mcg/ht butrans patch 3-5 350mg soma and 6-8 50 mg tramadaol and it's quite pleasant.
