Tramadol, valium, and promethazine

Are these three safe to mix in small doses.
Say, hunredfifty mg tramadol, ten mg valium, twentyfive mg prometh?
What about mixing weed in there too?

Yes they will be fine in those doses. it sounds like youve got it right on actually just dont start taking a bunch more of that combination.

He's not asking what to take, just if it safe to take those things together.

oldgreggggg - Promethazine, tramadol and diazepam (Valium) are all depressants so I'd be very careful about mixing them. We also don't know your tolerance to each thing. But I gather that you already take these doses of tramadol and valium together, is that correct? Combining them is going to make them all stronger and therefore increase the risks of things like respiratory depression.

Both tramadol and promethazine increase your risks for seizures, but diazepam lowers your risk for seizures at least. Both tramadol and promethazine increase serotonin, but the promethazine only does it weakly and the promethazine dose you asked about (25mg) seems reasonable.

If you are going to try adding the promethazine I'd take a lower than usual of the tramadol and diazepam until you are familiar with how it affects you. There have been some prominent deaths from codeine/promethazine syrup.

As for the weed, do you normally smoke weed when you take tramadol and Valium? I don't see it really causing any danger.

Yes, i usually smoke weed. i smoke everyday. I took the doses i mentioned since i have experience with opiates. I didnt get much sedation, but i felt very at ease, andd certainly high. Thanks for the advice guys.
