tramadol users /how do you dose ?

to those of you that just have too or still enjoy trammy how do take it thru the day.

if you take say five hundred mg every day .

do u take two or three big doses or smaller.

do u any of u that use a sleep aid take one or two tramadol before bed as it helps the morning aches and pains if you have gone too long without.

I dose 2X50mg three times a day. If I am late getting up then I take a double dose of everything; 2 baclofen, 2 lyrica, 4 tramadol, 2 oxycodone 10's, and 2 morphine's. So this leaves me a third dose of everything above along with my warfarin and lantus that I take before I go to bed.

This is a hell of a lot better than a couple years ago when I was taking 15X50mg twice a day, and had been since 2005!

100mgs straightaway in the morning, then 100mgs anywhere from 1pm to 3pm depending on pain levels. Tramadol is long legged for me. When I was prescribed twice that amount in the past, it was more like 6am 12pm 4pm 10pm or so. Side effects at that dosage where pretty bad though, nausea with vomiting practically every morning, which i then traded for waking up in withdrawal once I got stronger meds, oops. I don't miss either!
