Tramadol(Ultram)

If you know a little about pharmacology a very small amount of buprenorphine potentiates tramadol quite nicely and the mood elevating properties even better -
(if you have a small to medium tolerance) Do not IV suboxone If you feel you must try this, tramadol and proper Buprenex
with safe gear can be prescribed in Mexico among other countries
0.2mg's of Buprenex along w/ 350 mg's of Tramadol is a proper "high" for someone w/o a habit But it would be best to never pursue a syringe to begin with. Your odds at a fulfilled life will likely be greatly diminished.

I'd rank it below heroin. Feels like a mix between morphine/methadone (more euphoric than 'done though). Ketobemidone is overhyped imho. What's nice is that it lasts really long (up to 12 hours). I'd trade them for dilaudid any day of the week though.
 
I very much enjoyed tramadol for a short time, before ending up in the hospital after a seizure. :(
 
Wow all these Tram haters? If I can get those I take them over norcs, oxys, vics any day. Tried pretty much everything but straight heroin over the years. Even made assloads of poppy tea from various opium poppies, cold water extractions, tar opium, you name it. For the life of me, I could never get in to opiates. They're just not for me, it seems. I had some dental work not too long ago though and got prescribed some Tramadol for the pain. What a pleasant surprise I got from them. Didn't do a whole lot for the pain, but got quite a euphoric and chilled out buzz from them. Still have one left over for a rainy day.
 
Yes yes yes I found it worse than methodone it took me at least 27 days to resolve the phyisical asspect and at least a year for the seritonin propertys to become liveable the phycological aspect is really so evil i would rather detox off of 185 mg of methadone which was my daily dose for 5 years ten times over than do tramadol again
 
They gave me that crap when I was in detox sick as a dog... it was useless. It's also an incredibly weak opioid agonist, so its recreational effects are pretty insignificant for people, especially ones used to other opiates.
 
Absolutely love tramadol, quite lucky as only need 100mg to feel pretty high even after a year taken them, try drinking red bull whilst taking them as makes the buzz a lot better
