Tramadol strange

Hi , i just need to know the reason why tramadol with modafinil create more opioid high than oxycodone, And why I suddenly can't feel any strong opioid, ONLY tramadol ?

Maybe something to do with it's SSRI properties?

Yea it’s what it does to the serotonin. When I run outta tramadol & get dilaudid sometimes I’ll still actually crave the tramadol.
I’m actually withdrawing from tramadol on kratom rite now (with a small amount of benzos) & havin a bit of a rough time. (I use the tramadol for actual pain but took extra this month … so it goes)
