Tramadol.. splitting the pill make it more effective ?

Does it increase the oral bioavailability? Is there any benefit? Also any increase in euphoria on an empty stomach/is it safe to take on one?

No because it still takes the same time to metabolise into the active metabolite that does the pain killing.

If your looking for extra analgesia then you can take paracetamol or ibuprofen with tramadol.
If your looking for a stronger high then you have to take more im afraid.
You can take it on an empty stomach to bring on effects quicker and caffinated drinks (hot ones like coffee are best) do seem to aid in this. It doesnt improve the BA but it will bring on effects quicker and make them seem more intense at first.

I'm looking for a bit of both actually. The euphoria is nice from the trams, at least with my body. I find it more pleasurable than some opiates. Less of a hangover-ish feeling the next day too/ less headaches. Helps the neck pain and fibromyalgia. I'll try the caffeine thing, thanks!

What pills do you have? If you have XR pills splitting them will definitely help. Otherwise it won't matter.

I used to dissolve in water in some attempt to increase rate of onset - same onset time but just tasted like piss.
