I have a script for tramadol and I already went through my first 60 pill bottle (50mg pill). For recreational use I usually take 100mg and smoke a blunt, should i up my amount like does 50 more mg make a big enough difference

Only you will be able to determine that. A dose of 150 mg's is well within the safe range. Is that your daily intake or do you take the 100 mg's more than once a day? You will just have to try it to see how well it works and if you even like it. Just be aware that tramadol is addictive and that continued use will cause tolerance. I was up to 1500 to 1600 mg's daily at one point, but have brought it down to between 1200 to 1300 mg's now. Still way too much but it takes time.

i take 100mg usually around 3 or 4 times a week so I dont take it all the time, thanks maybe ill move up and try 150mg

^yes, seizures can be a problem, i assume from the SSRI/SNRI effects of tramadol. taken with anti-epileptics such as clonazepam or maybe diazepam would make it safer (though im not recommending) with higher doses.

If you have legitimate pain you really don't want to start developing a tolerance or addiction. (Tram dependence is quite unpleasant due to the antidepressant withdrawals.)

50mg's wont make that much difference, try it? 100mg extra will probably get that feeling back, or anything up too 400mg max, which I don't really advise as you seem intolerant so 400mg's maybe a bit over the top and will eat straight through you're script.

If you take a week or so's break, at this point you should feel 100mg's again.

Not really recommended but benzos will enhance the high as well as safe guard you somewhat from seizures. If you don't take benzos then I wouldn't open up that can of worms neither.

Codeine 2+ hours or so in at a sensible dose also synergizes very nicely as does a beer or too, but don't go mixing anymore than 2 depressants and even then tread cautiously.

i only took it a few times a week, too...100mg turned into 150, then 200, then 250 then 300, etc even if i take a months break, 350mg still feels like 100mg when i first took it

That's weird as tolerance for me developed much slower with tram than other opiates. I could take 150mg initially for months and still get effects albeit I started bumping the dosage up sometimes.

My tolerance for tramadol also stayed low. Now that I have been on it for 10 years, tolerance has increased a great deal. Was up to 1600 mg's but in the last month I have been able to reduce it to 1200 mg's with little problem. Still going to go down more.

I am an opiate addict. If I find myself stuck in one of those days where H or oxys or even hydro are unavailable, then I have my trams to fall back on. They are great for masking opiate withdrawals. I am prescribed both tramadol and diazepam. I've found that, for me, about 6-7 trams (300-350mgs) and a valium10 every 4 or so hours works fantastic; and although there is no replacement for the pure euphoria of H or oxys, the trams & val combo does make for a pleasureable buzz...especially when washed down with a beer or two. Again that is just what works for Me!!

Depending on how often you are taking them your tolerance will raise accordingly. If you want the same desired effects off 100mg maybe take a break for a few days and come back. Being addicting to tramadol isn't something you want, because not only is it a weak mu agonist(meaning a weak opiate, mostly), but once your tolerance reaches a certain point(400mg + usually) there is a risk of seizure after stopping(probably due to trams serotonin/norepinephrine activity).

Being addicted to opiates really sucks, but being addicted to one that can give you seizures sucks even more. Be careful bro
