Tramadol pill breakdown

If they're slow release (SR) they're practically water insoluble. I'd say don't bother. Just eat them!

Suggest you might try getting a script for Nuycenta (Sch. ll - but Docs give it much more freely than other Sch. ll) and, maybe, try them orally...carefully.

Personal experience with Trams very bad...I don't use them, ever.

That's not true, most tramadol comes in hydrochloride form (which is water soluble). Whether it's extended or immediate release.

In any case, injecting tramadol is absolutely useless because it undergoes extensive first-pass metabolism. Staggering tramadol is the best way to take it, or actually taking an extended release pill IME. The less tramadol you have in your body at once, the more of it that will be demethylated.
 
As a veteran and currently going through the VA for ruptured disks in my back that seems to be all they wanna give. I have to chew about 10 at a time to get any kind of effect. I've taken as many as 20 at once which I don't recommend doing. All I can say is that tramadol has SSRI qualities and taking too many can cause seizures especially if you are already prone to them. Be careful is all I'm saying.
