Opioids Tramadol physical dependence question

Hi I'm just wondering what it takes to become physically addicted to tramadol so I can be safe with the amount I have. I've taken 200mg today and I was wondering if I have to wait a few days/a week before I do it again or if its fine to do 2 days in a row?

Ive never taken 200mgs in one shot.........I was prescribed Tramadol for a while & when my script ran out, I never got withdrawals much probably because I didnt raise my usage. Its really tough to say tho........everyone is different.
