Opioids Tramadol paranoia

Both seizures and serotonin syndrome are very real risks of tramadol. Combining it with other drugs or taking huge recreational amounts increases this risk exponentially.

I can get super high off codeine or kratom, but tramadol does nothing for me. It feels very "dirty" and twitchy. It's like taking a weak opiate with an antidepressant and MDMA at the same time (which I've actually done). Just fries my brain.

Well don't get paranoid on the damn drug unless its cocaine, because you'll just end up having a panic attack, and that will make you shit bricks. My advice is don't do drugs, but if you go down the line of doing them, then understand the dosages and body weight etc, etc to avoid a serious overdose. I've taken trams before and I was like taking about 2 or 3 tablets, and I was worried about seizure too. But tolerance on it becomes so quick that you can't enjoy the drug unless you do larger and larger doses where you get into the realms of the dangerous/not wort with.

If you're really worried, then just call a pharmacist up for reassurance. Or go to the hospital. But, I don't want to scare you for no reason. You know your body better then anyone else.
