Tramadol, Oxymorphone, Xanax mixing

Today my friend took 300mg of tramadol then about 4 hours later 2mg of xanax, its been about 2 and a half hours since he took the xanax and he was thinkin about takin a little bit of oxymorphone. is this a bad idea?

im just asking about the reactions of tramdol with oxymorphone mostly, i know xanax and opiates arent good to do in excess, but how about tramadol and oxyM?

If you've taken the tramadol over 6 and a half hours ago, it should be just starting to leave your system. You may not get too much interaction, but I wouldn't take that as fact. It depends on how fast the tramadol is getting processed out of your body.
