I've been on it since Saturday and I've thrown up everyday! I've been taking 200 mgs though...from the sound of it I need to lower my dose untily body gets used to it. I'm just trying to get input that if you continue to take it will the nausea eventually go away? I'm kind of shocked with the nausea because I'm on ALOT of opioids for my back pain and I hear with my dose people get violently ill, but I'm totally fine, but with tramadol I'm violently ill. It sucks

I'm the same but fing tramadol makes me violently ill for some reason?! I accidentally took 700mgs my first dose ? But even now when I take the 200mgs I'm still sick, even with food. I don't get it

200mg is quite a high dose. You don't want to mess with high dose Tramadol, it will cause more problems than it's worth.

If you must take it though try taking an anti-sickness drug around half an hour before you take the Tramadol.

Are you taking anything else?

The nausea never went away for me. Also, 700 mg puts you at risk for serious side effects such as seizures and serotonin syndrome. Never exceed 400 mg in a day
