I plan on getting a bit of all of these tonight.
20-40 mgs hydrocodone, abot 300mg of tramadol and 5g's of high quality kratom.
What i wanted to know is what is a good amount of kratom to mix with opiates? Once i use to much it seems to block out the opiates effects.
What would be a good combo of these, dosages?

Well, this all depends on your tolerance, of course.

If you don't have that much of a tolerance, the 300 mg tramadol alone would put you in a good place. If you want to mix the hydrocodone and tramadol, then you probably won't need more than 10-15 mg of hydrocodone. This is assuming that you're still taking 300 mg tramadol, because if you were to take say 200 mg (and have 100 mg left over) it would be a waste; tramadol is best enjoyed all-out or not at all.

And as far as the Kratom; with those two there's no point in adding yet a third thing. It would not be likely to boost the opioid effects (as 5 grams is more in the stimulant range of Kratom's effects) and would very likely cause a good deal of nausea, perhaps to the point of throwing up everything else you took and then wasting it all.

Save the Kratom for another time, I would say.
