In my last thread it was mentined these tramadol dont exist.
According to google several sites they do!!?? anyone have more info?

No,cause they are risky at that dosage at certain patients.Max they manifacturing Tramadol is 100mg SLOW Release film tablets.
I`v been in love with Traumas 13yrs,and i tried the substance in every posible form from every manifacturer`s available here..4 maybe 5 and never get above 100.
That is my opinion i would like to hear if they egsist.If they dont,we gonna make it urban mit :)))

Even if 200mg tramadol dosage units existed...I wouldn't take them.

That's serious lack of dosage flexibility for a drug that can cause seizures. weltschmertz is right.
 
I was surprised when I saw them but there they are. They are not even designed to be split in half. I mentioned that 400mg a day is the max dose to the guy and he said he is prescribed up to 3 a day!

Id much rather have twice the number of ER 100s as yes that is a serious lack of dosage flexibility.

^ 200mg controlled release isn't a big deal. They exist in the USA now as well. The highest is 300mg. They are almost always taken by mouth once daily.
 
I was prescribed Tramadol 5 days ago for chronic back and sciatic pain. Already had surgery a few months ago and have had no good results. Have been on vikes for 6 months and the ass doctor cut me off even though my pain is still real. The MRI and the nerve testing will prove that. Frustrated I saw a pain doctor and she prescribed these little gems. Love them! Lots of energy, pain relief, and euphoria almost as good as the vikes. The highest amount I have taken in a day is 300 mg. 100 morning; 100 noon; 100 evening! Works like a charm!
 
^ Why would you want to start so high with no tolerance? Start low (100mg) and take more later if you want/need.
 
200mg tablet. Im not in the mood to split. Anyways gonna pop this in an hour. I doubt it will knock me off. Looking forward to a subtle high like codeine. Ill appreciate if someone can answer my questions above!
 
Yes, 200mg tram does exists in both IR and ER. Most of them come from India, or at least the ones that I have seen. I can assure you they exists, but quite frankly, I see little need for them. Much better off sticking to 50's or 100's and staggering the dose.
 
As for taking 400mg with no tolerance, you will probably just end up throwing up. Seriously, just start with 100mg and you may be surprised. If nothing, than take the other half an hour later. I would strongly discourage you from taking 400mg at once, ESPECIALLY with little tolerance.
 
Just crushed 200mgSR 20 min ago. feeling edgy so far abit energetic, heavy eyes. Ill update in 30. Im tempted to crush another 200mg, but ill see how this plays out first ay:)
 
Keep me posted on what happens and how you feel. Personally, I feel jittery, happy, and my eyes feel like they are popping out of my head. Interested to hear how it affects you.
 
Interesting drug. Not strong in some effects as other substances but nevertheless its induces a unique feeling. The come up was nice kind of like mdma which then transformed into a Happy adrenaline high very euphoric, twitching, enhanced positive thoughts just pure happiness. Felt like going for a cruise its nearly 3 in the morning nothing else to do, but couldn't be botherd.. would of been nice tho.. Abit of nausea but nothing to worry about. Now its moved into phase 2. Not as energetic as before but still twitching due to the body pleasure im experiencing feeling very tranquil. More relaxed and sleepy now feels like i just had a cone. Still feeling abit of nausea. Glad i didn't take 400mg pretty sure i would throw up.

Overall its like a mixture of amphetamine, opiates and antidepressants. I like:) I think i just found a new love..

Looking forward to the remaining 19. Now im gonna go lie on my bed and enjoy the tranquil then sleep through this beauty.
