Tramadol how long to wait before Coke, MDMA and/or E

I have been given a script for Tramadol (the prolonged release version) from my doctor for cronic back pain. I am going to be taking 100mg a day in the mornings starting today.

I know that mixing Tramadol with Cocaine, MDMA/Ecstasy is a bad idea and potentially very dangerous but I also don't want to stop enjoying these things on weekends... 8(

What should I do to be cautious? If I plan on taking Cocaine and/or MDMA/E on a Friday night would skipping my Friday morning Tramadol be enough to keep me safe? Maybe I could take a couple of low dose Codeine instead to keep the back pain at bay and then resume the Tramadol on Sunday morning.

I am a little freaked out by all the talk of Dirty Ol B dying from Tramadol and Cocaine so I want to make sure I am very careful, any advice would help me out a lot!

We don't use swim here since it makes posts hard to read and despite the claims of other drug-oriented forums doesn't offer you any legal protection.

That being said, I would wait two weeks after all SNRI's or SSRI's are out of your system before taking anything like MDMA or Cocaine or what have you. That's playing it safe.

Does anyone else have a view on this? 2 weeks seems overly cautious no? Sorry for using SWIM.
