Tramadol+homatropine safe?

I've taken 150mg tramadol spread out sepretly within 2 hours and have some hydrocodone/homatropine syrup. I wanna take 10 to 15 mg of hydro but was wonderin is tramadol ok to mix with homatropine.
And it Dosent say on the bottle of sryup what mg it is per ml. Any way to figure that out?

I've read most hydro/homatropine sryup is 5mg hydro per table spoon but I don't know if I'm reading the same bottle as mine so idk? Any help with that would be really great!

Homatropine is an anticholinergic, and can potentially cause seizures, as can tramadol - so there is a risk of seizures if you combine the two (see drugs which may lower the seizure threshold). I would avoid it.. you also don't want to take too much homatropine or you can get unpleasant side effects including delirium, confusion, blurred vision and urinary retention.

It's usually best to try to stick to one opioid too, which ever works best for you. Remember not to exceed 400mgs of tramadol in 24 hours however..

Are you sure the bottle doesn't say the homatropine concentration? I am not familiar with hydrocodone/homatropine syrup and we can't really speculate here - try google
